These guys are AWESOME! We had a catastrophic failure of one of our camper wheels causing us to destroy the brakes, bearings and axle while on our way from Indiana to Vermont. Thank goodness we were only 2.5 miles from Hartleys when this happened. We were able to limp down the road to their shop and Steve and his guys went above and beyond to get us back on the road. They stayed late, made MANY phone calls and let us stay in our trailer in their lot (let us use their power too!) until we got the parts to fix it. And they didnt charge us an arm and a leg either. We cant say enough great things about this place.

When my existing 5th wheel hitch failed, Steve came out to the campground to see if a non-rolling hitch would work with my truck and camper. After the RV was towed to the dealership, they allowed me to stay overnight in the parking lot since I live full time in my RV. They were all very courteous and went out of their way to get me on my way.

Best place ever have to pull over and get your car checked on a long road trip...! They found simple problem. Fixed it..and I am going to get one of those amazing Little Guy RVs... Excellent service call on my RV trailer. Came out next day and replaced RV With new converter Tech checked why All my floodlights were out showed me a Simple 1156 bulb that blew out on all 4 lights. Also checked why my outside outlet did not work took the time to Check it out and said it had power. I replaced the switch the next and it now works .As a novice RVer I learned a lot from Steve the tech. A man of few words but he is the man for us RVers out there

I have had two cars serviced over many years at Hartleys and have always found the owner to be honest, reliable and competent. Service has been excellent! Highly recommend.
